KIERUTEC is an invisible architecture platform by 3DX Additive Manufacturing FZ LLC in Dubai, part of Dynagraph Group. Across eight product families, it engineers flush-mount housings that set HVAC diffusers, speakers, detectors and cameras, keypads, wireless access points, thermostats, luminaires, and switches level with the surface they sit in. Housings are produced in PA12 composite and ABS resin, materials selected for Gulf humidity and temperature: PA12 absorbs under 0.18 per cent moisture, is radio-transparent, and resists impact without fracturing. Production is hybrid: prototypes and low volumes are additively manufactured at the group’s Dubai facility, and series quantities are produced by conventional processes. Sizes and formats are engineered to the device and the surface rather than drawn from a fixed catalogue, and where a project specifies a device KIERUTEC has not integrated before, KIERUTEC carries the design and engineering for it. KIERUTEC serves the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait.
